As a Property Inspector, I conduct our routine site visits and also assist our Block Management team with any on-site matters to aid effective management within our portfolio.

My role as Kent and Home County's Property Inspector is to carry out routine Inspections and Surveys for AM's block management portfolio.I ensure buildings are kept up to standard and mitigate any issues or concerns via a comprehensive Inspection. I also alert the Property Manager and Operations Manager to address the issues raised within my Inspection reports.
