Report a repair →Every property owner gets access to MyBlockman — your building's information, 24/7, 365 days a year, from any device. Access it at your own convenience, whenever suits you.
All property owners are entitled to a MyBlockman account. If you believe you should have access but can't log in, we may just need to activate your account.
We must hold your email address to activate your account — email it to enquiries@amsbm.co.uk and allow 1–2 working days for activation.

Our online tool makes reporting quick and easy. Once submitted, our team reviews the issue thoroughly and takes appropriate action — and you can track it every step of the way.
Please note: AM is responsible for the communal parts of your development. Repairs inside your own property (the demise) are your responsibility.
