I am proud to lead a professional, proactive and diligent department, managing a variety of residential and freehold properties. Ensuring the responsibilities for all clients are maintained and providing guidance and leadership for all variety of Block Management queries we regularly encounter.In both my Leader and Property Manager role, I provide professional service to clients and colleagues using my ongoing experience and knowledge gained from completed qualifications with regulatory bodies - The Property Institute and Royal Institute Chartered Surveyors.My department's stewardship is further required to guide clients with financial budgeting, financial analysis, planned programming, Health and Safety works and ensuring the company remain up to date with all legislation changes promoting due diligence, responsible and professional management.
