I oversee our Legal & Insurance department. My days can assist of arranging insurance renewals, filing statutory documents at Companies House, assisting with lease queries and ensuring residents are acting in accordance with the Lease or Transfer Deeds to ensure smooth management within blocks of Flats and Estates.I have recently obtained my Membership qualification with The Property Institute and have attended many TPI webinars and courses to keep up to date with all new legislation.
