Company Owner & Director Matthew Mackintosh Cuts the Ribbon to Declare AM's New Block Management HQ OPEN

On 26th September 2025 the team at AM Surveying & Block Management, alonside a short speech by Owner & Director Matthew Mackintosh, declared Penelope House "OPEN!".

What opening ceremony would be fit without a cutting-of-the-ribbon? To suitably mark such a special occasion Matthew, Paris and baby Penelope Mackintosh led proceedings with an official ribbon cutting after a few words to the team by Matthew whom then declared AM's Block Management HQ "Open". For the afternoon of the building's opening ceremony, all 50+ staff were invited to enjoy pizza, drinks and some good company.

Penelope House is the new Block Management HQ of AM Surveying & Block Management, a 7,200sq/ft office & operational facility. Penelope House is home to AM's Mission Control, workspace, staff gym, staff canteen and base of operations for all things Block & Estate Management. Based in Coxheath near Maidstone in Kent, Penelope House is also an eco-building with its solar farm providing all power needed to run the building boosting AM's eco-sustainabilty credentials.

On 10th January 2025 Matthew & Paris Mackintosh, Owners of AM Surveying & Block Management welcomed to the world first child Penelope Mackintosh. Soon after Penelope's arrival followed the purchase of AM's new office HQ on 28th February 2025. With two such large life-moments occuring in close succession it had-to-be that AM's new HQ be named "Penelope House".
