AM Surveying & Block Management was founded in 1979 by Antony Mackintosh as a building surveying consultancy. More than forty years on, that surveying heritage still runs through everything we do — but today we're a modern, technology-led block and estate manager, providing services to the highest standards set by our regulators, RICS and The Property Institute.

Antony's son, Matthew Mackintosh, grew the block management side of the business and continues to set its standards behind the scenes. Day to day, the face of AM is our client team — led by Abbie Johnson — backed by in-house surveyors, property managers, accounts and operational staff who make it all happen.
